JD Wetherspoons to dispose of 32 pubs across the UK

Perhaps it’s a sign of the challenging trade environment when the UK’s largest pub operator JD Wetherspoon announces the sale of 32 pubs across the UK, including premium sites in London and the South East.

The properties comprise a mix of 10 freehold and 22 leasehold units, either for sale individually or as a portfolio. The pub operator has instructed CBRE and Savills to market the properties, which are listed as follows:

A spokesperson from JDW described the move as a “commercial decision” and confirmed that the units will continue to operate until sold.
